DELTA AIR LINES
Business Class

Atlanta to Zurich
Breakfast: Fresh fruit, scrambled egg crepe with scallions and cheese, chicken apple sausage and roasted potatoes. "The sausages cannot be cut with the plastic knife, so do not try to chew on them either. The crepe was ok."
Dinner: "Starter was poached rock lobster tail, grilled sea scallop, Kalamata olives, asparagus and lemon herb aioli. Romaine lettuce with shiitake mushrooms, julienned carrots, corn and sunflower seeds. choice of red pepper vinaigrette or pesto ranch dressing with Chardonny-Katys Creek-New Zealand. Although it sounded promising, this meal tasted as if it was prepared last month. Main course was marinated pan seared halibut with Thai green curry sauce, jasmine rice and stir fried vegetables. Halibut was very dry and vegetables way overcooked. Thai sauce was quite tasty. Skip any type of bread, hard enough to destroy the best dental work."
Zurich to Atlanta
Appetizer/Salad Lunch: Lemon-Herb Shrimp with marinated Cucumber and Red Onion Salad, orange segments. Spring Salad Mix with cucumber slices and Roma tomatoes, topped with garlic croutons. Choice of parmesan peppercorn dressing or mustard vinaigrette. Diet coke "Very well presented & very tasty!"
Entree Lunch: Radiatore pasta with roasted tomato sauce, tossed with spinach, squash and capers. Shrimp and pan-seared sea scallops added on request. grated parmesan cheese. African Eagle Chardonnay De Wetshof Estate (Vinum program) "Pasta too well-cooked, shame." Dessert for lunch was vanilla ice cream sundae with caramel and chopped nuts. "One has a choice of toppings: chocolate, caramel and blackberry sauces, whipped cream and chopped nuts. Heaven!"
Afternoon refreshment: Fresh fruit, grilled chicken salad mixed with blue cheese, cranberries and walnuts, raspberry vinaigrette. Warm chocolate cookie. "Compliments!"

Hawaii to Los Angeles
Meal type: Dinner - Steak, salad, roll, mashed cheese potatoes, zucchini. Gin tonic "The steak was great considering we were delayed five hours and three of those were sat on the runway."

Economy Class

Atlanta to Sacramento
Breakfast: Omelette, potatoes, link sausage, fruit cup, roll with butter with orange Juice. "Not too bad. I finished the whole meal."

Las Vegas to Los Angeles
"Served warm, I believe. We had a choice of Lemonade, Cran-Apple and Water. But no pretzels, like on the trip there.

Salt Lake City to Anchorage
Dinner: Chicken, Rice, Vegetables. "The dessert was good!"

Tokyo to Los Angeles to Atlanta
Lunch: Chicken and Noodles for sure. The rest is really a guess at this point. "It was interesting because I was only on the flight from Los Angeles to Atlanta. The flight started in Tokyo with a stop in Los Angeles before continuing to Atlanta. The flight was very international as you can see from the selection of meals that were served."
