Dinner: Appetizer lunch of tofu, carrot, raisin salad,
prawn remoulade and goose liver mousse (quoted from
the menu card). Garlic bread, biscuits and butter on
the side. Roast chicken with black pepper sauce, rice
pilaff and vegetables. "Desserts were Pumpkin
Charlotte (correct me if I'm
wrong) and a cup of Cappuccino and Mousse cake dessert
was served after lunch. The meal was average for
business class fare and the cappuccino was a nice
touch. Good service and nice variety and
flavors."
Economy Class
Bangkok to Zurich
Dinner: Carrot, celery and raisin salad with marinated
Chicken in red wine sauce, buttered roll, eggnog
Bavaroise with Savarin, raspberry sauce. "They are
very generous with alcohol, though I only had water,
it all tasted pretty good. Deserts tend to be very
very sweet in Thailand, but this wasn't sweet at all,
very good."

Late snack on 40 minute domestic flight, bread with
cheese and a cucumber slice
