Airport Overview
The airport is located northeast of downtown Denver. The airport terminal building is named after Elrey B Jeppesen, businessman and aviation pioneer, famous for his "Jepp" navigational maps and charts. An exposition of a variety of works of arts recreates a journey through Colorado’Äôs history and diversity. The spacious airport encompasses 1.5 million square feet and its central atrium is constructed of walled glass and features a uniquely shaped translucent roof. Denver airport is the only airport in the world where travelers can cross an active airfield via the bridge that connects Concourse A to the Jeppesen Terminal.

Airport Review
Expansion of the parking facilities is due for completion during 2008, while a rail link from Denver's Union Station is planned to be built by 2015.
