If you are permitted to smoke on some restricted flights or areas: Do not smoke when the "No Smoking" light or sign is on. Do not smoke in the toilets or when walking in the aisles. Use the ashtrays, not the floor. The effects of smoking are worsened in a pressurized cabin, increasing discomfort to the eyes and throat. Even if you have a supply of cheaper, duty-free cigarettes, try not to smoke more than usual.   We hope these tips have been useful.
